LICENSED - INDEPENDENT LIFT TRUCK OPERATORS 310

Coastal Cargo Company, Inc. reserves the exclusive right to provide all
loading and unloading services, as defined in Sub-Rule 600, at CCC Facilities.
 
Persons who only provide loading and unloading services, as
defined in Sub-Rule 600, and desire to do business on CCC
facilities shall submit a certified copy of license approval
from the Port Authority of Greater New Orleans, accompanied
with the necessary supporting information as may be
required.

No person may conduct business on property under CCC lease
without a license, as provided in the Port Authority of
Greater New Orleans Tariff, Section III, Sub-Rule 326.

Each licensed independent lift operator (LILO) shall furnish
to CCC Risk Management evidence of insurance including, but
not limited to:

1. Coverage for benefits required by the US Longshore and Harborworkers
   Compensation Act and applicable state worker's compensation acts
   with Alternate Employer Endorsements

2. Maritime Employers Liability (MEL) coverage

3. Comprehensive general liability insurance including products,
   completed operations, and contractual liability coverage 

4. Stevedore and Terminal Operators legal liability coverage

5. Commercial automobile coverage

and other insurance requirements in forms and amounts as may 
from time to time be required by CCC and/or the Port of New Orleans.
All such insurance policies shall name CCC and the Port of New Orleans
as additional insureds and each LILO shall cause it's policies to be 
endorsed to reflect the coverage required by this sub-rule.

Failure of the LILO to retain the coverages
required by CCC shall constitute cause for denying
admittance to CCC facilities.

In addition to the fees set forth in the Port Authority of
Greater New Orleans Tariff Section III, Sub-Rule 326, the
LILO shall be assessed a Terminal Use and Clerking Fee.  The fee 
is due solely by the LILO performing the service(s) and shall be
paid to CCC and assessed as follows:

 (1) Per truck, van or trailer (loaded or unloaded)  $45.00

Each LILO company will be required to post a $2,000.00
performance payment bond to be issued in favor of CCC.  
This bond must be approved by CCC. In the event after 30 days 
written demand from CCC, LILO fails to submit payment, 
CCC has the right and shall execute its option of same.

Applicable only for unitized cargo amenable to handling by
one driver, one forklift machine.
